Our Featured Staff Member: Christian Cervantes

WE WOULD LIKE TO RECOGNIZE CHRISTIAN CERVANTES, OUR 2019 YOUTH DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR AND FARMERSVILLE UNIT DIRECTOR!

He was awarded for his initiative and determination to provide the best quality experience to every member, colleague and guest who walks through the doors of the Farmersville Club.

Christian has a passion for sports and has played an integral role in the establishment of our sports leagues. He takes our leagues to the next level by giving attention to every detail and creating the best environment possible for every practice and game.

Christian explains that his goal is to encourage character, good sportsmanship, and having fun. "Win or lose we want the members to learn about the sport and get a chance to play on a team. We encourage positive feedback and try to teach the members how to be a positive teammate," he said.

His supervisor, Area Director Cynthia Montano, showed gratitude for Christian saying, "He is a one-of-a-kind individual, whose passion for helping his community goes far beyond his 9-6 pm schedule. He is an essential piece in our puzzle, and we are all very privileged to be able to work and learn from him."
